Review

I know I’m so late to the party, but wowwww, “Get Out” was totally totally worth its hype!😯.

I’m dumping all friends and acquaintances who didn’t ensure I saw this movie since!🙄

It is a brilliantly intelligently deep movie by Jordan Peele, (that’s how smart the movie is; smart, brilliant and intelligent all in one ahnahn lol), and I love(d) and enjoyed every minute of it!

Maybe I’m just twisted but I meannnn!

Like I’m not sure how a movie like “Get Out” should make someone smile 😄, but it made me smile!

Feels like the kind of movie that you have to watch twice and more, because I think every time you watch it again, it would probably be a newer experience that might make you notice the details you didn’t notice the previous time(s)

It almost should be a necessity watching it a second time and more, because you’ll literally be like this GIF the second time, when you start to notice the things you didn’t notice the first time.

It was during my second viewing (watched it twice the same day btw, that’s how much I enjoyed the movie) that I understood for instance why the “Grandma” (now controlling Georgina’s motor functions) referred to “snitch” as “tattletale” Haha.

So many other details mahn, like how Rosie was trying to signal the White folks at the gathering to not make stuff too obvious with their questions. Crazy binsh! (You don’t get to notice that the first time, since you are still hooked on their love for each other lol)

The chemistry was so good between the two lead characters, like whew! How can a love be so good it’s twisted underneath lol?

All that glitters is not gold sha!

Plot twist was maddd sha!

O shake mi baje!

Legit had me shouting “Kill the motherfuckerrrr at the end”😂

Look at how she smiled too when she heard the police siren or so. Smh!

The details in this movie were on point abeg!

Like Wuhtttt??

Lmao look at me raving about a 2017 movie in 2019! That’s how good the movie is sha, so you’ll have to see it if you haven’t.😊

I hope Daniel Kumbalaya, sorry Kaluuya got an Oscar for that his role sha! All the actors did a great job anyway; Rosie, his best friend, all abeg!! I can/could barely find faults. Whew!

P.S Does anyone feel like his phone not taken away from him or something was kind of like a loophole or the weak spot the White family had?

Because it looks like that phone was just an obvious thing they could have gotten rid of if they had sense.

But anyway, Love love it!

I’m so giving the movie a 10/10!😜
